Welcome to the Admin Portal

Getting Started with aQuiRe Business Admin

The Business Admin portal is the command center for aQuiRe. It’s where you as a Training Champion will assign training modules, manage surveys, and track the accomplishments of your team. To start things off, let’s take a quick tour of the homepage.

Logging In

During the onboarding process, CAHill’s Customer Success team set you up with an admin user name and password.  This will allow you to log into the Business Admin Portal.

log in

Once logged in, you will see the homepage displaying the Dashboard with up to the minute usage analytics, and a main menu on the left with several tabs to choose from.

Viewing Your Account Details

You can review out your current subscription plan by clicking the link with your company name on the top left.  This will show you the maximum number of users allowed under your plan.  There is also a red button to request changes to your plan if necesary.

The Navigation Menu

On a desktop computer you will find main menu on the left side of the screen the entire time you are using the platform. We recommend using the Business Admin on a computer for optimal performance.

On a mobile device you would access the menu using the three line “hamburger button” at the top right of the screen.  hamburger icon

Let’s quickly review each of the tabs in this menu:

tabs

Dashboard:  A high-level snapshot of how your team is performing with aQuiRe.  This is the first screen you will see upon login.  Some users may also have access to a “My Dashboard” tab, showing additional detail of usage and trends.

My Company: This is where you will add and manage individual users to your account, as well as create and manage specific groups of individuals in your organization.

Standards Logging:  Standards Logging is the area that allows you to manage paperless job forms (which we call “surveys”).  Surveys could be used for daily inspection reports, site audits, health trackers, or any number of customized forms your company has requested.

  • The “Survey Library” tab will bring you to a directory of all the surveys in your account.  It is from here where you will assign a specific survey to a user or group.
  • The “Manage Assignments” tab allows you to edit or delete a survey that has previously been assigned.
  • The “Log Book” tab allows you to call up individual survey records.  For example, you might want to review all of a machine operator’s inspection reports from a specific month.

Skills Center:  Skills section is the area where all the training modules are managed.  It is organized very similar to Standards Logging.

  • The “Module Library” tab will bring you to a directory of all the training modules in your account.  It includes more than 300 training topics, as we as custom modules that your company has requested.   It is from here where you will assign a specific module to a user or group.
  • The “Manage Assignments” tab allows you to edit or delete a module that has previously been assigned.
  • The “User History” allows you to see what modules an individual users has completed and view their lastest quiz scores.
